- Files generated with EForm are provided for personal printing and use, not commercial production.
- Without a separate written agreement, you may not sell, license, publish or distribute EForm-generated files as your own, produce copies of the resulting objects to sell to others, or present yourself as a 3DForge-authorized reseller.
- 3DForge reserves commercial exploitation of its original contributions to the platform and models within the rights it owns. This condition does not grant 3DForge exclusive rights over Gridfinity, third-party models or original materials and shapes uploaded by users.
- Users retain rights to their pre-existing content and declare they have the right to upload photos and information used in the project. Mandatory consumer rights and uses permitted by law remain unchanged.
- Commercial production or sale of an EForm project requires contacting 3DForge for a written agreement. A print request submitted to 3DForge does not itself authorize resale.
These terms apply to EForm file downloads, not Gridfinity files freely distributed by their respective owners. Resale of an individual physical item lawfully purchased follows applicable rules and is not automatically prohibited by this page.
