FROM DRAWER TO PRINT

A large drawer.
Your grid.
Made to measure.

Measure your drawer and see the full grid. If you have a printer, EForm also prepares modules for its bed. Then create configurable or photo-based bins, one at a time.

Your drawer

Measure the free space inside.

4.2 cm cells. We round down so the grid fits. Up to 84 cm per side.

Open cells leave the drawer floor uncovered. Frames and key supports remain. Height and fits are unchanged; test the sample first.

Configuration and filament

A 0.04 cm nozzle is recommended for the keys.

Margins and tolerances

Standard has less clearance. Close requires a well-calibrated printer; Loose eases assembly. This changes sockets in new grids: test a sample before printing the full set.

The safety margin is 0.1 cm per side. The brim adds to the margin; known exclusion zones are subtracted automatically. Check that the configuration matches your slicer.

The project remains available only in this session.

Place side by side. Insert.
It's a grid.

A double-dovetail key connects two modules. Insert it from above into pockets along the edge. It stays below the organizer feet, leaving the cell pitch clear.

Grids and keys print flat. Open pockets, no roof needing support. The grid is 0.74 cm high: choose open cells without a floor or a 0.24 cm solid floor.

The drawer supports the grid. Keys maintain planar alignment but do not prevent vertical lifting: support modules from below when moving them.

Two cells and one key. Test assembly and one of your inserts before printing the full set.
