Data controller: F SRL, Via Antonio Olearo 20, Ciampino (RM), Italy, VAT number 16133011003, email contactus@3dforge.it.
Data submitted through the form is used to respond to your request, assess its feasibility and prepare any commercial communications related to the requested project.
The legal basis for processing is taking pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request. Data is retained for the time needed to handle the request and meet any legal obligations.
Subscribing to the “Dentro 3DForge” newsletter is optional and separate from requesting a quote. With your express consent, your email address is used to send editorial updates and communications about 3DForge through Brevo. Your subscription is completed only after confirmation by email.
Newsletter consent can be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link in each message or by writing to contactus@3dforge.it, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
Data may be processed by technical providers needed to operate the website and communications. To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, write to contactus@3dforge.it.
3DForge Organizer Lab: The photo is processed on your device and is not sent to the generation function. The function receives the outline and dimensional parameters to return an STL file. The browser may temporarily retain results in page memory; a temporary server cache retains STL files using a request fingerprint as its key. SlimSAM is optional: on first use, the browser contacts jsDelivr and Hugging Face to download software and the model, without sending the photo. Hosting provider Netlify also processes technical connection data, such as IP addresses and request logs.
EForm print requests: If you choose to send your project to 3DForge, the form transmits your name, email, any notes and project parameters for assessment and a response. Original photos stay in the browser and are not attached to the request. A temporary technical copy of the request and the status of both email deliveries is stored in a Netlify archive in the EU region; records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Non-reversible IP and email fingerprints help limit abuse and duplicate requests and are deleted after the control window. Resend sends operational communications. Received and sent emails are managed separately according to business correspondence needs and applicable obligations.
Advertising on EForm: EForm may display a Google AdSense ad on information and route-selection pages. The Google tag loads the consent management service; an ad is requested after that service returns a valid choice. Users covered by European regulations can consent, refuse consent or manage options in the Google message. Refusing consent keeps the configurator available and prevents the ad from being requested.
Google and the partners listed in the message may process technical data, such as IP address and browser and device information, and use cookies or other identifiers for the advertising purposes described in the message. The message lists partners, purposes and retention information. EForm does not include project parameters or uploaded photos in the ad unit request. To change or withdraw your choice, use the “Advertising privacy and cookies” button on pages hosting the service.
Further information is available in Google's advertising information, in theGoogle privacy policy and on the page about Google's use of data on partner websites.
Note: The privacy policy and processing configuration must be reviewed with F SRL's privacy adviser before systematic promotional campaigns.
