Objects first
Start with what you need to store, the internal dimensions and the drawer’s available height. Room to pick up a tool matters as much as room to hold it.
EForm by 3DForge
Give the objects you actually use a place. EForm starts from this approach: design an organizer around drawer dimensions and the shape of its contents, without modelling every component in CAD.
EForm is a web application developed by 3DForge. It runs in your browser and combines drawer configuration, modular grids, bins and inserts based on a photo of an object. The result is a design to review and a set of STL files to prepare in your slicer.
The full name is EForm by 3DForge: it identifies our organizer software and the people developing it. The guides on this site explain how to apply the configurator’s features to your own objects.
Start with what you need to store, the internal dimensions and the drawer’s available height. Room to pick up a tool matters as much as room to hold it.
Grids, bins and inserts have dimensions to check. The project shows the layout; a photo provides an outline, not a complete scan of the object’s volume.
Choose components, adjust the outline and review the preview before generating. Real measurements, tolerances and a test print complete the checks.
From measurements: enter the available space, configure the grid and choose bins. From a photo: photograph an object from above, calibrate with a reference and check the outline to create a dedicated insert. You can then add the insert to your drawer project.

Configuration and STL downloads are free, without an account. If you have a 3D printer, prepare the files in your slicer. If you prefer the 3DForge service, submit a print request: material, production and shipping are separate from the free software, and requests are reviewed before production.
The preview and STL describe the digital design. Confirming fit requires correct measurements, slicer settings suited to your printer and a physical test. EForm does not start the printer directly, and a top-down photo does not measure hidden parts of an object.
